Would you recommend the hosted version of Newsflash?
Definitely. It makes the whole process of running Newsflash much easier. You don't need to involve and put pressure on your IT team (who may be over-stretched!). And because Newsflash is hosted off-site in a secure data centre - it's safe from any emergencies or problems that might affect your building.
Which Newsflash feature is most loved by PR/comms professionals?
People really value the enquiry and issue management areas. But, more recently, the releases pick-up page for pictures has proved very simple, effective and popular.

Not really. It's more a combination of innovative product features, a good price, great service and support ... and lots of patience. We believe in the product and we're committed to our customers. We would rather do 1 thing really well ... than lots of things quite well. After all, it's better to be an inch wide and a mile deep ... than a mile wide and an inch deep!
