It started with a simple concept... create affordable software to make life easier for communications professionals, help them achieve more each day and make it easy to integrate the solution with their computer systems.
With enormous enthusiasm and excellent teamwork, we launched Ether-ray in 1999 and released the first edition of Newsflash. Simple yet effective, the solution became an instant hit with the first few council clients in the UK. Our business grew quickly, through word-of-mouth recommendations. Police authorities, NHS organisations, other government agencies and charities – among others – joined our list of clients and more recently private sector companies and PR agencies.
Rather than be complacent, we've kept Newsflash at the cutting edge of innovation, both in technology and features. We constantly evaluate feedback from our users - and analyse developments in the marketplace to refine our products with new features and capabilities.
The development of MARCOMM functionality and the provision of new media contact data and ancillary services such as hosting have made Newsflash attractive to private sector clients, who value its powerful features, advanced capabilities and sensible pricing.
